As a Senior/Staff Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction. You will conduct user research and design intuitive interfaces for AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to shape product direction.
- Lead the end-to-end design process — from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and customer interviews to ensure solutions are genuinely user-centered.
- Design approachable, intuitive interfaces that make advanced AI technologies accessible to non-technical users.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Not necessarily technical but loves technical products.
- Experience working on B2B products and understanding how it differs from B2C products.
- Product design portfolio with in-depth case studies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
