The role involves designing and building successful, delightful products by deeply understanding customer challenges through research and data analysis, aiming to amplify seller impact and eliminate busywork. You will also be responsible for evolving the Design System and raising the collective bar for Product Design craft within the team.

- Design and build successful products
- Ideate, build, launch and iterate on products until theyâre truly delightful to use
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer objectives and challenges through weekly immersions and data analysis
- Ensure design and priority choices are always grounded in solid customer research
- Make user experiences effective and delightful
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience as a Product Designer for B2B SaaS products
- A track record of designing modern, efficient, and delightful interfaces
- Mastery of collaborative design best practices and tools, leveraging Figma and Design Systems to the fullest
- An impact-driven mindset, with a talent for finding problems and creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in fast-paced squads
