The role involves end-to-end product design, creating high-quality UI/UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Cursor to enhance productivity experiences for healthcare providers. Responsibilities also include conducting user research, developing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to conceptualize and refine product features.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver high-quality, polished, and intuitive UI/UX designs
- Conduct user research, develop insights through journey mapping, UX workflow analysis, and testing to validate design decisions and improve user experiences
- Develop design briefs and PRDs framing product opportunities and translating them into actionable projects
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional partners to conceptualize and refine product features
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices of design systems, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, architecture, human-computer-interaction, or other related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven UX design, exceptional visual design and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in designing high-fidelity interfaces and building interactive prototypes in Figma, Cursor, and various AI-powered tools
- Experience working with and contributing to a design system
