The Senior Product Designer will own and lead the end-to-end design process for complex product initiatives, translating intricate healthcare and regulatory needs into accessible user experiences across global contexts. This role involves championing the Design System, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps, and mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end design process for complex product initiatives
- Translate complex healthcare and regulatory needs into elegant user experiences
- Partner with legal, clinical, and operations teams to ensure designs are regionally compliant
- Leverage user insights and data to inform design decisions
- Champion the HeliosX Design System
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers
- Conduct UX audits and usability testing
- Mentor designers across the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Experienced in designing for global markets
- Skilled in human-centred design, discovery, and prototyping
- Strong visual and interaction design craft
- Mastery of tools like Figma
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards
