
The Principal Product Designer will own the overall design quality and coherence across the product ecosystem, defining the design vision and experience standards for the entire portfolio. This includes leading the completion and governance of the internal design system and ensuring consistency across multiple product areas.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall design quality and coherence of NiCE-Cognigy's product ecosystem
- Define and drive the design vision and experience standards across NiCE-Cognigy's product portfolio
- Lead the completion and governance of the internal design system
- Review and elevate design work across product teams
- Partner closely with Product Managers and engineering leads to ensure design intent is preserved through delivery
Requirements
- Experience designing complex enterprise SaaS products
- Strong understanding of design systems and governance
- Ability to create coherence across large product surfaces
- Strong individual contributor who leads through craft, clarity, and judgment
- Confident discussing design decisions with engineers, product managers, and executives
