Staff Product Designer, Clio Manage

The Staff Product Designer will partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders to define experience strategy, success metrics, and priorities, leading end-to-end design across complex product areas from discovery through execution. They will shape a long-term experience vision, raise the quality bar across the product ecosystem, and drive consistency through pattern strengthening and design system evolution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design teams, Product Managers, and Engineering to create long-term visions and execute near-term roadmaps for Clio Manage
• Bring a cross-product point-of-view across Clio to build Manage toward a system of capabilities
• Help create a set of best practices for designing AI in Manage, ensuring ease-of-use and trustworthiness in legal domains
• Lead strategy and end-to-end experience design across a complex product area
• Mentor and elevate other designers through constructive critique, coaching, and role-modeling strategic thinking and bar-raising craft

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience, B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Proven ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments and/or products
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives and delivering cohesive solutions across interconnected systems
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality work that solves customer problems and moves key product metrics
• Strong product judgment and business acumen, able to connect customer needs to strategy, metrics, and roadmap decisions
