The Senior Principal Product Designer will lead design strategy and execution for the Cart & Checkout domain, focusing on improving how customers review, manage, and complete complex B2B transactions. This involves partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex challenges into clear, effective, and scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design strategy and execution across key areas of the Cart & Checkout domain
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand technical, operational, and user challenges
  • Design experiences that improve cart management, checkout flow, order review, handoff, and related transactional moments
  • Rapidly prototype, visualize, and iterate on solutions based on feedback, technical realities, and strategic priorities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of UX/Product Design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and deliver measurable outcomes in fast-paced Agile and/or Lean UX environments
