Senior Product Designer (d/f/m)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the end-to-end experience for users to buy and sell successfully. You will lead user research, create customer journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and reliable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in user research, uncovering insights that translate into clear hypotheses and meaningful product opportunities
• Create and iterate on customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI that clarify direction and move the team from problem to solution
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to design for real user needs, continuously optimising products based on user feedback and business impact
• Define clear, scalable and accessible patterns that support a consistent UX across the marketplace
• Partner with PMs, engineers and researchers throughout all phases — ideation, concepting, prototyping, testing, delivery and iteration
• Facilitate ideation workshops, conduct user interviews, run usability tests and synthesise insights into actionable design recommendations
• Advocate for user-centred design, ensuring that coherence, simplicity and safety remain at the core of all experiences
• Support and contribute to a strong, collaborative and feedback-driven design culture

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or Interaction Designer in an agile environment
• Strong conceptual and interaction design skills
• A keen eye for visual design and experience working with and contributing to a design system
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
• Comfort sharing work early and often, receiving feedback and collaborating openly across functions
• Ability to balance user needs, product vision and technical constraints while staying pragmatic and user-focused
• Fluency in English and German
