The UX Designer will design user-centered digital experiences, ensuring solutions are intuitive, functional, and aligned with business objectives. This involves creating wireframes, prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating closely with product, business, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences based on client and business needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and navigation flows
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear user experience solutions
- Ensure visual and experience consistency in digital products
Requirements
- Graduate of Design, Systems Engineering, Communication, Psychology, or related careers
- Previous experience in UX or user experience design roles
- Knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience working with agile teams
- Analysis, empathy with the user, and effective communication skills
