Senior UX Designer (AI-Enabled)

Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web and mobile applications while translating complex requirements into intuitive user flows and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data-dense interfaces and leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery through delivery for web and mobile applications
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design data-dense interfaces including dashboards, advanced charting, and visualizations that support decision-making
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on goals and execution
- Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating insights into iterative design improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX design experience for web and mobile applications
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience using Figma AI tools in conjunction with Claude
- Proven experience designing data-rich applications with complex dashboards and visualizations
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and effective communication of complex datasets
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
