UX-UI designer

Design and refine UI for internal platforms, client-facing tools, and web products while maintaining a consistent design system. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into polished, pixel-perfect interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine the UI of internal platforms, client-facing tools, and web products
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and organic marketing experts to translate requirements and ideas into clean, polished, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Build, maintain, and evolve the design system
- Own the visual quality bar and review implemented designs
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from product and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience within a tech company, SaaS product, or web-focused team
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interface design across web and/or product
- Deep proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, and design system management
- Solid understanding of how designs translate to code
- Experience working with design systems, either building one from scratch or contributing to an existing one at scale
