Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will own the end-to-end design process for key product areas, from initial discovery through to final delivery. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interactions and ensure the product meets critical user needs through clear concepts and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Contributes in UX strategy, planning, and reviews
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas from discovery through delivery
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs that engineering can build from
- Promote, and advise stakeholders on, the user-centric approach and apply UX methodologies to validate and inform design decisions
- Build relationships with key partners in Brand, Design and HMI, Engineering and Software teams
- Help balance strategic and tactical initiatives, to help ensure the team is solving the most critical user needs
- Expert communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in User Experience Design, HMI, communications, or related UX field
- 7+ years professional work experience leading high impact UX projects
- Experience in interface design and evaluation; thorough knowledge and experience of a range of UX approaches and methodologies is a must
- Passion for emerging technologies, new interaction models, apps, and interactive interfaces
- Highly experienced with modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping platforms
- Strong visual, interaction, and systems-thinking design skills
