A fast-growing, venture-backed AI company based in San Francisco is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Product Designer to lead design from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design, from user flows and interaction models to high-quality UI execution
- Partner directly with founders to shape product direction, design strategy, and priorities
- Translate customer, research, and business needs into clear, effective product solutions
- Work closely with product, engineering, research, and data teams on a daily basis
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, with exposure to startups or fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ownership of 0→1 or early-stage product work
- Senior-level product thinking with strong UX and UI craft
