Product Designer | Pool de Talentos

As a Product Designer, you will translate customer feedback into digital products, overseeing the entire design process from conception to implementation. You will also conduct user research and collaborate with various teams to enhance product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer voices into product structures and planning, aligning with business results.
• Contribute to disseminating and promoting the company culture and design competencies, ensuring customer vision in decision-making.
• Apply and contribute to the evolution of design practices and tools, utilizing data for continuous improvement.
• Support and participate in collaborative dynamics with other areas and chapters of the company.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform the design process.
• Apply service design knowledge to optimize customer journeys and user experiences.
• Design and validate flows and prototypes using the company's design system.
• Actively execute the product roadmap, evaluating and proposing improvements to product and service experiences.

Requirements

• Technical skills: Execute user tests and research, develop flowcharts and mind maps, and have knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
• Behavioral skills: Have a strong culture fit with XP Inc.'s values, assertive communication, collaboration with other teams, and good interpersonal relationships.
