The Senior Product Designer will lead the design process from problem definition to delivery, creating user journeys and high-fidelity designs. They will also advocate for user needs and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex supply chain challenges into intuitive user experiences
- Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas, translating user research into thoughtful solutions
- Develop deep insight into users' workflows, pain points, and mental models through research and customer engagement
- Lead the design process from problem definition to delivery, creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, prioritize solutions, and ensure seamless implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS environments, ideally with exposure to complex workflow applications
- Strong UX fundamentals with polished UI execution
- Proficient with modern design tools, particularly Figma
- Effective communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required)
- Collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and driving toward pragmatic solutions
