- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of testing and user research, balancing delivery timelines with quality insights.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design in everything shipped.
Requirements
- A portfolio with shipped product design work, demonstrating ability to work independently and take problems from exploration to solution.
- Strong UI craft, comfort making design decisions, and fluency in Figma and design systems.
- Experience designing for web and mobile, with clear communication and ability to explain trade-offs and challenge assumptions.
