Lead Product Designer

As the Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for the design output of a team focused on building the core data collector experience. You will also mentor and develop other designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Bring varied design career experience to bear on solving customer problems and creating new opportunities for users.
• Raise the bar of the product's experience and the Design team, making bets and building products that customers love.
• Directly impact the professional development of designers across the product group, while solving problems hands-on within the embedded team.
• Partner productively with Product Managers, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to find ways to deliver products in a test-learn-iterate fashion.

Requirements

• An extensive and varied track record of design experience, with a strong portfolio and ability to work independently.
• Experience in either line managing or acting as player/coach for other designers, with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C needs.
• Competence or expertise in design tools, models, and methodologies, including design systems, vision prototyping, and usability testing.
