Principal Product Designer

Lead end-to-end product designs across multiple products and create experiences that delight customers. Develop scalable design guidelines and drive innovation in experience design through user research and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end product designs across multiple products and creating experiences that delight customers
• Developing scalable and flexible global design guidelines to ensure consistent user interfaces as our product portfolio grows
• Rapidly visualizing and prototyping multiple product directions, validating hypotheses, and understanding business and technical impacts
• Driving innovation in experience design by applying best practices and deep user understanding through research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive experience across all channels

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX and/or Product Design experience, including at least 5 years designing for enterprise or B2B domains
• Demonstrated track record of shipping world-class product designs using Figma, Sketch, or comparable tools
• Strong visual design skills with expertise in creating pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs and contributing to Design Systems
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
• Deep understanding of technical limitations and front-end development practices, such as HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks
