As a UX Designer, you will conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into design strategies. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and create actionable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Champion user needs: Conduct research, define personas, and advocate for people-centric design that aligns with business goals.
- Refine and clarify requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover real problems and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Design with purpose: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that are both functional and visually engaging.
- Communicate effectively: Present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead conversations that drive clarity.
- Work independently: Take ownership of your work, manage your time effectively, and thrive in environments where not everything is defined.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking.
- Translate insights into design strategies and product improvements.
- Lead client discussions to drive clarity and build confidence in UX solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving requirements.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Experience working directly with clients or embedded in client teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
