The Product Designer will work on designing world-class app experiences and beautifully crafted interfaces, participating in every stage of the design process from research to delivery. They will be part of a cross-functional design team focused on achieving common goals.
Responsibilities
- Design world-class app experiences and beautifully crafted interfaces.
- Work on every stage of the design process, from research to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams or squads, with each squad working together on a common goal.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- An insatiable passion for digital design and the latest trends.
- Strong visual skills, creative thinking and design background.
- Detail-oriented, always striving for quality and consistency.
- Strong portfolio (with web and mobile experience).
- You're proficient with UX/UI design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Framer X or XD.
- Able to create prototypes to explain and sell your work.
- You understand the design process from start to finish, from helping to prep workshops and co-facilitate them, user testing and UX research, creating first class final designs, all the way to a clean dev handover.
- You comfortably split your skills and ability between UX and UI – roughly 60% UX / 40% UI.
- You’re passionate about analysing data to make informed design decisions and to test your theories.
- You’re good in front of clients and stakeholders and create strong relationships.
