Product Designer

The Product Designer will define and deliver end-to-end product experiences, from discovery and research through high-fidelity design and implementation, ensuring platforms are intuitive and scalable. This involves partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to identify opportunities, define problems, validate solutions, and deliver measurable impact across key customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver end-to-end product experiences — from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and implementation
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Engineers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, define problems, validate solutions, and deliver measurable impact
- Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design
- Experience working on complex digital products (fintech, trading, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking — from discovery to shipped solutions
- Proven ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences
