You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for B2B operational tools. This involves collaborating with product managers and developers to define problems, lead discoveries, and iteratively improve designs based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and developers to define problems and create user flows
- Autonomously create high-fidelity interactive designs
- Quickly understand complex models and problems and design them into intuitive, simple, user-centric solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of product design experience
- Strong grasp of visual design and accessibility
- Ability to turn complex problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Strong written and spoken English skills
