Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or similar environment
- Systems thinking and design skills
- Experience leading and turning insights into decisions that improve product outcomes
- Fluency with modern design tools and comfort working in iterative, collaborative workflows
- Understanding of how AI systems work and how to design trustworthy, human-centered AI-supported experiences
