(Senior) Product Designer (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for the company's operating system work streams. This involves collaborating with product managers and developers to define problems, lead discoveries, and create intuitive user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and developers to define problems, lead discoveries, and create user flows for new or existing features
- Autonomously create high-fidelity interactive designs that elevate the overall user experience, and then iteratively improve your solutions based on feedback from users and stakeholders
- Quickly understanding complex models & problems and designing them into intuitive, simple, user-centric solutions
- Collaborating with 1K5º designers to improve our design language, UX patterns, whilst advocating for user-focused design, and contributing to a top-notch community of mission-focused designers
- Own the product like its your own by bringing ideas to the table, shaping the vision for product, not just pixel-pushing
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of product design experience
- Strong grasp of visual design and accessibility
- Ability to turn complex problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Finger on the pulse of design trends and industry best practices
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Very strong written and spoken English skills
