Senior Product Designer - Partner Tech (All genders)

You will lead the design of next-generation productivity solutions for internal and partner-facing services to drive commercial growth. Responsibilities include conducting product discovery, creating detailed design specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supporting product discovery processes
- Defining and leading solution design efforts
- Building strong connections with stakeholders and aligning on design goals
- Creating assets and detailed design specifications for developers
- Conducting design QA to uphold quality and consistency standards
- Documenting design patterns and integrating them into the design system portal
Requirements
- Solid range of design skills, including user research, workshop facilitation, UX, and UI design
- Ability to take ownership of design projects from start to finish
- Experience working on complex design projects
- Strong understanding of design concepts and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, strategic projects
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and impactful user experiences
