Senior Product Designer - Enterprise Readiness/Data Portability

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead complex product design projects focused on improving features for Enterprise customers. You will collaborate with product management and engineering to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex and high-impact product design projects that help raise the quality bar for our users - from conceptual models to UI design
- Champion design craft and mentor other designers
- Simplify complex spaces for our users through clear and concise solutions
- Conduct user research using various methods and principles to gain insights into customer needs and inform design solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience designing complex or enterprise-level software
- Experience in end-to-end UX / Product design to design impactful solutions to challenging problems and edge cases
- Facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: ability to integrate the work of multiple teams, solicit and synthesise feedback, and facilitate outcome-focused design discussions
- Experience in design systems, ability to identify common components required to support a wide array of customer use cases
