The role involves serving as a consistency champion for the evolving design system, partnering with leadership, designers, and engineers to scale components, patterns, and guidelines from Figma. Responsibilities include driving discovery, evangelizing the design system, communicating design rationale, and partnering with engineers to ensure adherence to coding standards like accessibility.
