Senior Product Designer – My Account (Self-Serve & Transactional Experience)

The Senior Product Designer will own and lead the end-to-end product design for the My Account experience, covering discovery through continuous optimization of transactional and self-service journeys. This includes shaping flows like orders, invoices, and account management to boost adoption and reduce customer support dependency.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end product design for the My Account experience, from discovery and concept development through delivery and continuous optimization
- Shape and evolve transactional and self-service journeys to drive adoption and reduce dependency on customer support
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition in close partnership with Product Management and Engineering
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and business goals into scalable interaction models, system states, and high-quality design solutions
- Define and measure experience success using product metrics, independently leveraging analytics and experimentation to iterate and drive measurable impact
Requirements
- Long-standing experience in Product Design / UX, including work on complex web-based digital products (preferably B2B or transactional environments)
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product design work (discovery through delivery and iteration) with measurable business impact
- Experience designing complex transactional and account-based experiences, including multi-state flows
- Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap definition within cross-functional product teams
- Proven experience working with and contributing to a design system in a scalable web environment
