The Senior Product Designer will research, design, and craft new experiences for AI products, collaborating with a cross-functional team. They will lead research to understand customer needs and deliver quality design outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent design by becoming an expert in customer problems and leading/participating in research to understand customer needs
- Collaborate broadly with customers, product managers, engineers, commercial teams and other stakeholders to define design strategies
- Develop customer empathy by leading/participating in research to understand customer needs and prioritising key issues
- Own design standards by actively supporting the maintenance and development of design systems and associated components
- Know your craft by being a strong voice for best practices around design, from tools and user research to accessibility and systems thinking
Requirements
- Strong experience of delivering both UI and UX for B2B software products
- Understanding and application of design thinking principles
- The ability to empathise with user feedback and turn those into design solutions
- Practical experience with UX research tools and processes
- Top class practical product design skills and experience with common design tools
