Principal Product Designer

You will lead cross-functional teams to define and develop innovative product design concepts that optimize user experience. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between users and product teams while driving the design agenda and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring
- Ensure quality by leading interactions with teams and driving QAs while pushing the design agenda forward
- Lead the production of visual designs and oversee the creation of a variety of visual design documents
- Identify scenarios that will turn into interaction designs and direct teams to improve product UX
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 8+ years of experience working in product or service design
- Equivalent experience demonstrated through working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems
