The Product Designer will conceptualize and prototype innovative digital or physical products while leading design processes and team decisions. They are responsible for integrating user feedback, facilitating cross-functional communication, and mentoring junior team members.

- Conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative digital or physical products
- Develop physical, 2D/3D, immersive prototypes and videos for products
- Refine product design through iterative user testing, documenting and applying feedback on functionality and usability
- Lead the design process by integrating user feedback and usability testing results to enhance product quality
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- 15 years of full-time education
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Experience in creating detailed prototypes using physical, two-dimensional, and three-dimensional modeling techniques
