Senior Product Designer
Maintainx Remote (🇨🇦 Ontario, Canada)
Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI for both web and mobile. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and deliver high-impact features.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI for both web and mobile
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering to define and deliver high-impact features
- Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex systems for non-technical users
- Help evolve and maintain our Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product
- Present design decisions with clear rationale and integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders
- Champion user-centered design thinking and accessibility across all stages of the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, including work in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to ship thoughtful, user-focused designs that balance business and technical constraints
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with deep attention to detail, typography, and layout
- Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design systems and handoff best practices
- Solid understanding of Apple HIG, Material Design, and responsive web standards
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent and influence outcomes
