Hybrid Full-time Senior

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative UX research studies. You will translate complex user needs into actionable insights that drive strategy and design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, conducting, and evaluating qualitative and quantitative UX research studies (e.g., user interviews, usability tests, and surveys)
  • Deriving actionable recommendations and presenting results to different stakeholders
  • Creating research roadmaps and prioritizing studies along the product strategy
  • Mentoring and knowledge transfer within the team

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX research, preferably in the e-commerce, healthcare, or pharma environment
  • In-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
  • Strong analytical skills and structured approach to work
  • Ability to prepare complex data in a clear and actionable way, and present it in a practical manner
  • Passion for user-centered product development and ability to convince stakeholders of research results
  • Experience in agile work environments and willingness to work in a cross-functional team
  • Completed studies in psychology, UX design, human-computer interaction, social sciences, or a comparable field
  • Native-level German language skills and very good English language skills
