Staff Product Designer (Eats Shopping UX)

The Staff Product Designer will oversee design projects and collaborate with various teams to shape strategy and decision-making. They will conduct user research to identify problems and prioritize improvements for current products and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design projects while coordinating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams to shape the strategy and decision-making
• Set a priority for improvement directions by conducting user research, identifying and analyzing problems of the current products and services
• Dive deep to understand complex problems and refine your solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Assure design quality with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Think systematically and use both intuition and evidence (data, benchmarks of best practices, testing and analysis, etc) to find solutions to customer problems

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering high quality designs, along with excellent visual and interaction skills
• Closely partnered with Product Owners & leadership team to develop strategy and rationale for large and complex features, projects, or programs
• Collaborated with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment, fast paced start-up environment
• 0 to 1 experience or experience redesigning major elements of product, experience or service design
• Track record of using data and quantitative research methodologies to inform decision making across the entire product design process/lifecycle
