- Being an expert on users, regularly speaking and interacting with passionate users to learn about their needs, pain points, and habits
- Collaborating using strong communication, documentation, and facilitation skills
- Advocating for and implementing intuitive and accessible user experiences
Requirements
- Experience leading the design of externally-facing web and mobile applications in a fast-growing company
- Comfortable working with data and insights to guide decisions
- Experienced in customer research methods and using experimentation to inform product direction
- Able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems through great design, supported by data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
