Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities through strategic design and user research, leading discovery and design initiatives within the delivery framework. This role involves designing end-to-end experiences, from research to polished interfaces, while ensuring design requirements are met by front-end engineers.

Responsibilities

• Help shape product strategy through collaborative research and design thinking
• Lead discovery and design for your squad, facilitating workshops, defining success, and guiding your team toward impactful outcomes
• Design end-to-end experiences - from research and ideation through to polished, production-ready interfaces

Requirements

• Proven experience designing for web-based SaaS or B2B products
• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design, from UX flows to high-fidelity UI
• A user-first mindset and experience leading user research and usability testing
• Confidence using Figma for everything from prototypes to design systems
• Excellent collaboration skills - you love working closely with Product Managers and Engineers
