- Define and lead a strategic research agenda to uncover customer mindsets and build durable frameworks like journey maps and mental models. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable product and business strategies.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years for Senior or 8+ years for Staff level of UX research experience with a track record of influencing business strategy. Must be proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methods and have experience researching complex B2B or enterprise software.
