- The Principal UX Researcher will develop and scale human-centered evaluation approaches to ensure AI models meet user needs and quality standards. They will partner with applied scientists and product teams to translate user behaviors into measurable constructs and actionable research inputs.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Science, combined with 3 to 6 years of UX research experience. Proficiency in mixed-methods research and experience with AI or machine learning evaluation are highly preferred.
