- Lead the coordination of architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure designs align with budget, schedule, and constructability. Manage design deliverables, facilitate client meetings, and conduct site due diligence activities for commercial projects.
Requirements
- Requires 5–15 years of experience in commercial construction, preconstruction, or design-build delivery, with General Contractor experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Project is required.
