Lead technical execution of development programs and variant projects, coordinating design managers, designers, and engineers while managing work breakdown structures, milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance. Conduct design reviews, approve technical data packages, coordinate engineering work, manage interfaces with program management, supply chain, and production, support customer reviews and acceptance, and perform FMEA and configuration management activities.
Responsibilities
- Technically steer development programs and variant projects
- Lead and coordinate design managers, designers and engineers
- Create and maintain WBS, milestones, schedules and budgets
- Perform performance and risk management for cost, schedule and progress
- Conduct internal design reviews and release technical data packages
- Coordinate construction and calculation orders
- Manage interfaces with program management, SCM and production
- Support customer reviews and approvals
- Carry out FMEA and assist configuration management
Requirements
- Several years of experience in technical project or program management
- Proven leadership of technical teams (design managers, designers, engineers)
- Strong engineering and design knowledge
- Experience with budget, schedule, risk and performance controlling
- Structured, independent and solution‑oriented work style
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
