Lead the design of premium bedding and bathroom textile collections for UK and export markets, including creating CAD designs and colorways, researching trends, and developing exclusive customer designs. Manage a small team and the end-to-end sampling and approval process, work with suppliers and internal teams, and support product launches, trade shows, and showrooms.

Requirements
- Requires at least six years of home textiles experience, including premium bedlinen and bathroom textiles, and a hands-on approach in a commercial retail or brand environment. Candidates should have strong AVA, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop skills, excellent drawing and presentation abilities, strong organization and communication skills, a degree, and willingness to travel globally.
