Graphic Designer (Programmatic & Rich Media)

The role involves designing static and rich media banners, interactive ad creatives, and short video assets for programmatic advertising campaigns across various sizes and platforms. Responsibilities also include ensuring technical compliance, scaling assets, and collaborating with teams to develop performance-oriented advertising creatives.
Responsibilities
- Design static and rich media banners for programmatic advertising campaigns
- Create interactive ad creatives optimized for different ad sizes, formats, and platforms
- Produce short video creatives and animated ad units for digital campaigns
- Ensure creatives meet technical specifications, file size limits, and platform requirements
- Adapt and scale creative assets across multiple formats and resolutions
- Collaborate with marketing, campaign, and product teams to develop performance-oriented advertising creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across advertising materials
- Continuously iterate on creatives based on campaign performance and feedback
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)
- Solid understanding of digital ad formats and banner specifications
- Experience producing HTML5 or rich media ad creatives
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar tools)
- Basic 3D design or animation skills (Cinema4D, Blender, etc.)
- Experience working with rich media advertising platforms
- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe InDesign
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising creatives, banners, or motion work
