Senior Graphic Designer (Future Opportunity)

The Senior Graphic Designer will create compelling visual concepts and designs across digital, social, and print media to support integrated campaigns. They will partner with cross-functional teams to develop brand systems and ensure all creative work aligns with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Design across a wide range of media, including digital, social, print, and campaigns
• Develop and extend visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems
• Create thoughtful layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and composition
• Build cohesive brand worlds that integrate type, image, motion, and illustration
• Partner with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Contribute to concept development and help push creative work forward
• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within an agency or studio environment
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and a clear point of view across multiple formats
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience building or contributing to brand systems and multi-channel campaigns
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with fluency in new tools and platforms (e.g., Figma and beyond)
• Proficiency with new technologies, including generative AI
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to give and take creative direction with confidence and collaborate effectively across teams
