UI Designer (full-time / contract / part-time)

The UI Designer will be responsible for designing and refining production-ready interfaces across core trading surfaces and improving usability across complex, data-dense views. Key tasks include developing a scalable design system and collaborating with product and engineering teams from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine production-ready interfaces across core trading surfaces
• Improve usability and visual hierarchy across complex, data-dense views
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for a real-time product
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring features from concept to launch
• Create UX flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features
• Explore and implement new interaction patterns that improve trading speed and clarity

Requirements

• Strong UI and visual design skills, with attention to layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Experience designing complex or data-heavy products such as trading platforms, analytics tools, or dashboards
• Ability to design clear, intuitive interfaces for real-time systems and dense information environments
• Comfortable designing non-standard components and interaction patterns when needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Curiosity about crypto, trading products, or prediction markets (prior Web3 experience not required)
