Sr. UX Designer
Visiolab Gmbh Remote (🇩🇪 Osnabrück, Lower Saxony, Germany)
You will own the end-to-end user experience for high-stakes, high-speed environments and conduct field research to translate complex user needs into intuitive interfaces. You will also collaborate with engineering and product teams to build and maintain a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Designing interfaces for high-speed, high-stakes environments
- Conducting user research in the field
- Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and ML teams
- Building and maintaining a scalable design system
- Prototyping rapidly, testing with real users, and iterating based on data and observation
Requirements
- 4+ years in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for challenging environments
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience with design systems and component-based design thinking
- Real product judgment and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
