You will design intuitive and functional digital interfaces for web and mobile applications while managing projects from initial concepts to final handoff. Additionally, you will collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Design digital experiences that users love, including websites, services, apps, and B2B/B2C applications
- Take responsibility for projects from A to Z, including requirements, concepts, prototypes, and handover to development
- Design intuitive and appealing interfaces that show brand identity and improve user experience
- Develop design systems that the team and customers love
- Ensure that all designs are barrier-free, responsive, and technically feasible in close collaboration with development teams
- Advise customers at eye level, present ideas confidently, and defend decisions
- Support junior colleagues, share knowledge, and actively shape team processes and workflows
Requirements
- Several years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience in designing intuitive and appealing interfaces
- Ability to develop design systems
- Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
