The role involves leading design initiatives focused on designing, constraining, and validating AI agent behavior as a core UX artifact for healthcare and life sciences applications. Responsibilities include crafting design strategies, defining AI agent personas and behavioral contracts, and ensuring AI-assisted experiences are transparent, trustworthy, and grounded in real human needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives with a particular focus on designing, constraining, and validating AI agent behavior
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, UX researchers, scientists, and engineers
- Craft and validate long-term design strategies through customer research, prototyping, and proposal documents
- Design for multiple personas with varying technical expertise
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
