UI/UX Product Designer

The UI/UX Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and accessible user experiences for web and mobile applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, develop wireframes, and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Creates annotated screen schematics and user interface specification documentation
- Creates and executes usability testing plans
- Works effectively with various stakeholders to bring together an optimal product design
- Takes initiative in gathering requirements and translating them into design solutions
- Interviews target users to define personas and document user journeys
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a UI/UX role
- Bachelor's/master's degree in user experience design, human factors engineering, visual design, or related field
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Experience designing applications for risk analysis
- Mastery of design software like Figma or Balsamiq
