The UI/UX Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and accessible user experiences for web and mobile applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, develop wireframes, and maintain design systems.

Responsibilities

  • Creates annotated screen schematics and user interface specification documentation
  • Creates and executes usability testing plans
  • Works effectively with various stakeholders to bring together an optimal product design
  • Takes initiative in gathering requirements and translating them into design solutions
  • Interviews target users to define personas and document user journeys

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a UI/UX role
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in user experience design, human factors engineering, visual design, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services sector
  • Experience designing applications for risk analysis
  • Mastery of design software like Figma or Balsamiq
