UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end UX design process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define user needs and create actionable design solutions. Conduct user research, develop personas, and design high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes while ensuring accessibility compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs and convert them into actionable design solutions
- Conduct user research, develop personas and map user journeys
- Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma
- Plan and oversee usability testing sessions
- Champion accessibility and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Optimise user journeys by analysing behaviour patterns and conversion paths
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content and design
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio
- Strong research capability
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into UX enhancements
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG AA)
- Strong communication skills
