You will be responsible for the design of complex digital products, including UI/UX for web and mobile applications. You will also manage design systems, conduct handovers to developers, and collaborate closely with the creative director and clients.
Responsibilities
- Gestalterische Verantwortung fĂŒr Projekte oder Teilprojekte â von der Exploration bis zum fertigen Screen
- Gestaltung innovativer UI-Designs fĂŒr Web, App und WebApp auf internationalem Award-Niveau
- Entwicklung responsiver Layouts, UI-Varianten und aller InteraktionszustÀnde
- Systematisierung und Pflege von Komponentenbibliotheken: Varianten, States, Responsive Behavior, Design Tokens, Naming, Usage Guidelines
- EigenstÀndige Vorbereitung von Spezifikationen und Design-Handovers an die Entwicklung
- Konzeptionelle UX-Arbeit: Informationsarchitektur, User Flows, Interaktionslogiken, klickbare Prototypen
Requirements
- 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im UI/UX Design mit einem Portfolio, das sowohl gestalterische Exzellenz als auch konzeptionelle Tiefe zeigt
- Herausragendes GespĂŒr fĂŒr Typografie, Farbe, Proportion und Interface-Details
- Tiefe Figma-Expertise: Libraries, Auto-Layout, Varianten, Design Tokens, interaktive Prototypen, Developer-Handover
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Designsystemen und komponentenbasiertem Arbeiten (Atomic Design oder vergleichbar)
- UX-Kompetenz: Du kannst User Flows strukturieren, Informationsarchitekturen aufbauen und Interaktionslogiken definieren
